Top deck: Larger lightweight materials are precisely captured at the transfer from the cross conveyor to the return conveyor and ejected sideways via a high-pressure nozzle.
Bottom deck / middle deck: On the middle and bottom decks, cross nozzles separate finer lightweight materials and discharge them sideways via a blow-out channel. Operation on up to three decks is possible.
Up to 99% of all lightweight materials are separated from the final product. Our unique air-classifier system upgrades contaminated material economically and increases the value of the final product. This reduces disposal costs and makes your processing sustainably more profitable.
